Within two dozen miles of the engagement area of the Dark Angels and Imperial Guard debacle, energy scans picked up a faint, though largely inert, power source. Ravenwing scouts returned with visual confirmation of a wrecked Land Raider. Interestingly enough, it is a pre-Heresy MkI design, with markings that indicate it may have belonged to the Blood Angels chapter. Even more interesting is that it looks like it has been re-purposed to serve as a makeshift bunker in the middle of more civilian ruins. This find is significant as it marks the first military artifact found on the surface of Trucidos to this point. An exploratory detachment has been sent in to investigate.
